Oof. So hot.
Michele and I are gonna get ice cream. Baskin Robbins. Michele says it's white... What's that mean? Vanilla? Boring? We can drive by Ben and Jerry's. I don't care. I just need an ice cream cone.
In more exciting news, we put an offer on a 4plex and it was accepted. Not Michele and I but August and I. Michele and I will get a place in Palm Springs to visit during the cold LA winters. Everyone needs a goal.
The 4plex is beautiful. Wait. It will be. It needs a lot of work but has so much potential. It was built in the late 1800s and has most of the original molding, screened in porches and claw foot tubs. I can't wait. We'll have to move in.
